1. The crane is made in accordance with the Regulations of the State Inspection for Labor Protection of Ukraine, the State Department of Mining and Engineering Supervision of Russia and the Normative- Engineering Specifications approved in accordance with the authorized order. 2. The service elevation spectrum is determined by the distance between the top and the bottom positions of the gab. 3.The access ways of the gab correspond to the trolley position at the instant of the close touch of limit stops. 4. The admissible error of the elevation speed as well as the trolley and the crane speeds is ±15%. 5. The crane width is indicated under conditions of the unpressed buffers. 6. The producer factory is eligible to change the electromotor capabilities (stated in theTable), but for all that the integral installed capacity can increase up to 15%. 7. The cabin type is closed one. 8. The crane is meant for work with the removable cargo-handling electromagnet of M23A type or with the motor grab of 1.6 m3 volume and 1.6 t/ m3 bulk density. 9. The magnet mass is 700 kg, the motor grab mass is 1850 kg. The masses of above mentioned items are included in the lifting capacity and are not included in the crane mass. 10. The use of the crane to operate in an open overpass in conditions of an increased atmosphere aggressiveness and a high concentration of hazardous substances, in dangerously explosive and fire risk media, for transportation of loads heated over 300º C, smelt, slag, poisonous and explosive substances and other dangerous loads is prohibited. 11. The crane is meant for use in seismic areas of not higher than 6 points by Richter scale.
